Know Your Wall: How the City of Angels Got Its Wings

Colette Miller is famous in her own right,  although you may have never heard her name. Even so, you’ve probably seen her artwork in your city or on your Instagram feed. Colette’s life-size angel wings are a beacon to any self-proclaimed lover of street art. Her public interactive art pieces started in 2012 in Los Angeles as a reminder that we are all angels on this earth.

Fast forward 6 years later in the peak age of Instagram, and it’s almost impossible to miss one of her pieces from around the globe. However, if you’re a real OG, you’d want to snap a shot at her original piece located at Traction and Hewitt in the hip Arts District downtown.
